Because of freezing winter weather in the Chesapeake, this survey had to be broken into two separate phases, about a month or so apart. Will was amenable to accommodating this process and did as much of the out-of-water phase as he could in phase one and then completed the rest of the systems, mechanical, and sea trial in phase two.
